As a Content and Paid Strategist at Sugar Bowl, Elle develops and executes end-to-end digital campaigns, specializing in the sweet spot where creativity and data intersect. With a career background rooted in paid strategy, content creation, copywriting, and production, she brings a well-rounded skillset to the team. Prior to joining Haystack Needle, Elle worked in digital marketing for an East Coast polo club—an experience that honed her ability to craft compelling narratives and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Clients include: TPG, Permira, Elliott Investment Management, Valero, Platinum Equity, Lead Edge Capital, I-Squared Capital, and Amneal Pharmaceuticals.
Now based in Los Angeles, Elle can often be found rowing in the marina, spending time with her horse at the barn, or planning her next supper club. When she’s not in Los Angeles, she’s traveling to far-flung regions of the world in search of meaningful stories to tell and stunning views to enjoy. Elle holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of Louisville and a Master of Science in Entrepreneurship and Sustainable Innovation from Loyola Marymount University.
