Pauline specializes in strategic and financial communications, transactions, crisis management, and investor relations. She draws on her experience in news, investment banking and management to help public and private companies connect with their most important audiences.

She started as a reporter for the Wall Street Journal and The New York Times, later detouring through Wall Street and a management stint for an internet company’s IPO. She advises on M&A; capital raising; corporate transitions; litigation; public affairs; sustainability; financial PR/IR; and issues management. Clients have ranged from growth-equity firms to Fortune 500 companies, with an emphasis on the finance, consumer and travel sectors.

Side gigs include executive ghostwriting, editing, and social justice activism. An enthusiastic reader, cook, orchid grower and traveler, Pauline lives in Los Angeles with her husband, a senior editor and fellow graduate of the University of Southern California.
